Besides KAREL EMS enjoys economies of scale in electronic raw material purchases since
purchases for EMS are made by the Central Purchasing Department which also makes purchases
for the production of KAREL (Twin Company of KAREL EMS) switchboards.
Since KAREL has 70% market share in the local switchboard market
electronic components bought for switchboards increase the volume of purchase;
therefore KAREL EMS is able to get components at a much lower price.
Finally, Karel also has Bond Aggreements with world-famous component suppliers of the world,
which also had a positive effect on both prices, lead-time and component avaliability.
