ALR200 is the real time monitoring, maintenance and operating center of DS200. It monitors the entire network and incorporates for the several abnormal states.

Highlights:
Monitoring: Alarm software enables us to monitor different types of statuses and alarms. You can intervene, query, save or delete the incoming alarm messages by choosing suitable options from the menu when you right click on the alarm message section.
Alarm log reports: Analyzing alarms for precaution and improvement of system is available
Statistics: Various call traffic statistics can be remotely analyzed
Incoming / Outgoing call records: The system records calls which can be used for several purposes such as reorganizing the network
User guided fault management: The user friendly system guides the operator for convenient solutions
Integrated service assurance (line/connection testing): Tests can be performed periodically for ensuring a faultless system
Extensions can be tested not only online but also from remote systemsALR200 monitors the entire network and generates alarm for the following cases:

The advanced report and query system of ALR200 enables to take detailed information about every alarm. Some of these queries are:

Intervation Date
Alarm Received / Intervened







In case of an alarm situation, the system notifies the related personnel at the PC monitor and buzzer. Also, the ALR200 sends alarm information through:
SMS (short message service) to predefined mobile phones through built in GSM gateway and/or
E-mail to predefined e-mail addresses, informing the recipients about the alarm situation.
